| 20.00 - 22.00 | Farmer's dinner at one of the most famous restaurant of Cinqueterre: olives, deep-fried pumpkin flowers, pasta with oregano and tomato, trenette al pesto, tegame di verdure ripiene, cheeses, salad, frittata with vegetables, fruit and local wine |

| 20.00 - 22.00 | Fisherman's dinner at one of the most famous restaurant of Cinqueterre: fried stuffed anchovies, lemon-marinated fresh anchovies, troffie with pesto (native to Liguria), ravioli with fish sauce, stuffed mussels; salad, fruit and local wine |
