All dates below are Friday - Monday.
Participants are expected to arrive Friday, but the official program begins Saturday morning.

Day 1
08.00 - 08.30 Breakfast of fine Italian pastry and coffee
08.30 - 12.30 Repairing stone walls and cleaning the ancient paths and terraces around Vernazza togheter local people.
12.30 - 13.00 Break for freshly baked local focaccia
13.00 - 17.30 Free time
17.30 Meeting with the vice major of the Municipality of Vernazza
17.30 - 20.00 Historical guided tour with information on the village of Vernazza: its castle, church, history, architecture, and cantinas. Followed by aperitif of local wine and snacks
20.00 - 22.00 Farmer's dinner at one of the most famous restaurant of Cinqueterre: olives, deep-fried pumpkin flowers, pasta with oregano and tomato, trenette al pesto, tegame di verdure ripiene, cheeses, salad, frittata with vegetables, fruit and local wine
22.30 Good night!
   
Day 2
08.00 - 08.30 Breakfast of fine Italian pastry and coffee

17.30 Departure from Vernazza to Riomaggiore along the coast of the Cinque Terre by boat: cliffs, terraces and vineyards seen from the sea . Walk from Riomaggiore to Manarola on the Via dell'Amore
19.30 Sunset aperitif and dinner in Manarola
20.00 - 22.00 Fisherman's dinner at one of the most famous restaurant of Manarola: fried stuffed anchovies, lemon-marinated fresh anchovies, troffie with pesto (native to Liguria), ravioli with fish sauce,  stuffed mussels; salad, fruit and local wine
23.30 Return to Vernazza by train
Day 3
08.00 - 08.30 Breakfast of fine Italian pastry and coffee

18.00 Departure from Corniglia to Vernazza along the coast of the Cinque Terre by walk.
20.00 - 22.00 Ancient dinner at one of the most famous restaurant of Cinqueterre: pansotti al sugo di noci, local vegetable soup, Ligurian stuffed vegetables (beetroots, zucchini, onions), skillet of Vernazza (anchovies baked with potatoes and tomato sauce), salad, fruit and local wine
