What people who've done this are saying….For anyone who loves Italy or wants to experience it for the first time, this is a wonderful opportunity. For us, the working holiday combined an exhilarating and rewarding work experience of restoring historic vineyards, drystacking deteriorating walls, and maintenance of hiking trails that connect the historic five Cinque Terre communities along the beautiful Mediterranean coast of west-central Italy. We loved the opportunity to work with local residents ... While tourism has brought untold monetary wealth, it has been at the cost of stability-of the historic way of life and even of the hillsides themselves. Still, this is program is fun, fun, fun, even when you're working hard. It's the perfect Italian blend of work and play, eating and talking, seriousness and fun.
